Angeline (Angie) Moore
Angie grew up in Cap-Haïtien, in the very poverty the Foundation now addresses. She worked as a street merchant at fourteen to pay her own school fees. Her uniform was donated and re-sewn by a neighbor. Her shoes were second-hand whites polished black, with polish that ran when it rained.
Her firsthand experience of what a uniform, a meal, and an education can mean to a Haitian child drives every decision the Foundation makes. She is the bridge (culturally, linguistically, and personally) between donors in the United States and the families served in Cap-Haïtien.

Randy Moore
Randy is a retired registered nurse with sixteen years of on-the-ground experience in Cap-Haïtien. He has worked at St. François de Salle Hospital in Vaudreuil and alongside the team at Hôpital Sarepta, the same hospital that is now HCTF's healthcare partner.
It was Randy's "one in two hundred" observation (that across years of charitable spending in Haiti, only a tiny fraction of funded children actually reached employment) that became the design principle for the Foundation. Every program decision is filtered through one question: does this change the math for Darline's classmates, the 199 who never got there?
