BPO Anchor Client
By Year 8 we plan to sign a business-process outsourcing anchor client — a US, Canadian, or UK company committed to hiring HCT graduates remotely from Cap-Haïtien. Early conversations with two prospective partners are ongoing.
Haiti Child Thrive Foundation operates through partnership with established Cap-Haïtien institutions. We provide funding, governance, donor stewardship, and a long-term plan. They provide thirteen years of in-country experience, supply chains, local trust, and the infrastructure no new entrant could replicate.
Operator of Hôpital Sarepta, Cap-Haïtien, Haiti.
Sarepta International Foundation has operated Hôpital Sarepta in Cap-Haïtien for thirteen years. The hospital provides primary, surgical, and emergency care to the Cap-Haïtien region and has been a stable institution through political turmoil, natural disaster, and the recent security crisis. Their on-the-ground experience is irreplaceable, and their commitment to the same children we serve is real and documented.
A formal MOU between Haiti Child Thrive Foundation and Sarepta International Foundation, signed by the leadership of both organizations. Three-year initial term, auto-renewing in three-year increments unless either party terminates in writing.

The Nutrition Center capital campaign opens in Year 5, targeting $225,000. We will partner with at least one foundation experienced in school-feeding infrastructure (currently in early conversation with two candidates).
The Tech Center is a $750,000 capital build for 100 seats. We will partner with a technology-focused foundation, a university, or a private donor with a track record in workforce-development infrastructure.
A small, committed circle of major donors who underwrite the gap between sponsorship and fully-loaded cost. Talk to Randy if this is you.
